When you submit an estimate request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, job-site address, service, project details, measurements, and photos you provide.

How we use your information

AMAX uses these details to review your project, prepare estimates, respond to your request, and manage work you approve. Your request is stored in AMAX’s company workspace on Invoice Construction. Authorized team members can access it.

Our service providers

Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores project records and photos. When AI drafting is used, relevant project notes and photos may be processed by our AI provider to help prepare a draft. Our team reviews proposals before sharing them. Do not upload sensitive documents or photos you do not have permission to share.

Proposal activity and signatures

Proposal emails are delivered through Resend and may record an email-open signal. Mail privacy tools can trigger or block this signal. We separately record proposal-page views and signature details, including your name, consent, time, and document version, in our Invoice Construction workspace. A preliminary signature authorizes a site visit only; final approval is a separate step.

Contact and privacy choices

Submitting the form asks us to contact you about your project. It does not enroll you in promotional text messages. Use the project form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared. Some records may need to be retained for completed work or legal obligations.

Website technology

This website does not use advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service.
